Stanford Life

As a product design major, I take many Mechanical Engineering classes along with many other courses in other subjects, ranging from Computer Science to Psychology. Take a look at some of my favorite projects I've done during my time as an undergraduate.

This is the "Useless Box" that I created for my ENGR40M class:  "Intro into Making: What is EE?" We used basic circuitry with AA batteries, a motor, and switches.
When you turn it on, the box will then turn itself off. Thus, being dubbed "useless."

This is my final prototype from the Logo Project in my ME 102 class: "Foundations of Product Realization." I used a lot of SolidWorks, laser-cutting, and craftsmanship in order to create the various prototypes and my final product.
My personal logo looks like the lid of a Starbucks cup, but with my initials in "spilled coffee."
For ME 115A: "Introduction into Human Values," our first project was focused on food trucks. After many meals at food trucks, my group decided to ideate ways into making the ordering process less stressful for the food truck employee, which in turn would make it easier for the  customer. We specifically focused on a language barrier between the employee and customer.
Our final product to fix this issue was the Barrier Breaker: a two-sided piece of paper in which the customer can check off their order and once the employee hole punches the paper, the chef can simply flip it over and a translated version will be on the backside in their native language.
